Dimension average is 8 cm to 15 cm long and 4 cm to 8 cm large diameter, conical shape and flattened, exquisite taste between spicy & sweet, excellent quality, coloured from dark green bright and when mature it changes to red.

Choosen for preference to stuff it, used in making sauces and other dishes as chilorio as well.
