Average size such as 8 cm to 12 cm long X 4 cm to 8 cm in diameter, when fresh is very dark green hue that turns black when dryed. 

Called "Poblano Chilli"  is the widest of its kind in the mexican production. This variety is essential in the preparation of traditional mexican mole.
