Average of 12 cm to 30 cm long X 2 cm to 4 cm wide, thin, wavy; color is green and grow to maturity becomes dry, dark blackish brown in color with a glossy surface wrinkled, moderately spicy flavor and aroma.
 
Its name is that when dry, it will wrinkle like grape-pass. Has a high content of vitamins C and A, it is used in all kinds of stews, moles and sauces
